P.S. I will also try to have more real life experience by going to a local civic centre more regularly to listen to/interact with a new Spanish friend and ask Spanish shop assistants to speak in Spanish where possible. Written as a goals towards improving listening skills:
I will go to Civico Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoon to interact with Spanish friend.
I will go to shops to ask for information in Spanish Monday and Wednesday after class.
I live in Spain in a predominantly English speaking area! Even Spanish shop assistants respond in English.I will ask them to speak in Spanish.

Following on from your comment Tamara:
Main Goal: To pass the Cervantes DELE exam on June 8th. Weakest areas: listening comprehension and summarising key points into specified number of words.
Smaller steps (how I will achieve improvement)
.Each day I will complete a minimum of one listening task and one written task, (generally straight after breakfast.

This is true Tamara. My goal is to pass the DELE Cervantes exam on June 8th. I havent covered the next lesson yet as I am behind. You say include the activities on day 2 so I will go to day 2 now to do so. My weakest áreas are understanding the listening material (CDs played twice by the teacher) and summarising.
Thank you

1) I will improve my comprehension of spoken material by 4th June. To do this I will listen to recordings of conversations and answer questions about the recording. I will also listen to salsa music in the Spanish con Salsa course. I will aim to listen to at least one recording per day.
2) I will be able to summarize the most important points from Spanish mediation texts using the specified number of words (e.g. 150-175). To do this I will use past exam tasks and allow myself the same preparation time and writing time as in the exam. I will aim to do one task a day.
I have an exam coming up in June and these are my weakest areas.

I have studied consistently (virtually daily) and worked very hard to understand the grammar we are covering at the language school I attend. I set myself the goal of initiating more conversations with Spanish people and have achieved that (I live in Spain in a dominantly English speaking area! Even the Spanish people answer in English!). I have read more books, listened to more audio books and generally studied more, as per my aims/hopes. I have just started learning a song with Spanish con Salsa ?
