1) I will make a schedule and try to stick to it like I have done with my exercise classes
2) I will remember why I want to do this and how good I will feel once I succeed
3) I will keep a journal of my successes

My problem has been, trying to do too many things with no particular focus. This challenge has made me think about how to remedy that. I said my main issue is listening, and I am going to focus on that through the various methods I stated in the previous post. However, since I love to read and am currently reading a novel in Spanish, I will make time for that as well. But it will not be my focus.

In the next 90 days I hope to better my grammar in my speaking fluency and improve my listening skills in regards to media content.

Main goal is to improve listening.1)
1) I plan to go back an review my Mango App. and complete at least 2 sections of a unit at least 3x a week in the morning before I start work. ( I get up early and am working from home, so I can do this). I can also do this in the evenings, when I am winding down.
2) I plan to, listen to one of my favorite artists ex: Marc Anthony, Alejandro Fernández, Mana and try to write down all the lyrics to a song. Devote at least 20 mins. to this in the beginning. at least 2x a week.
3) Listen to my favorite podcast ( I usually enjoy this in the evenings) at least 2x week.
4) Converse with my tutor (every 2 weeks for an hour)
5) WhatsApp with my conversation partner ( when time allows).

I just listened to your podcast on setting goals so I think I need to redo my goals because they are too general. So, I will start with something specific which I am already in the process of doing and to which i can be more specific. Goal #1: By June 30th, hope to have completed reading “La Sombra Del Viento por Carlos Ruiz Zafrón. I am already 1/4 of the way through. I have calculated that this is very doable if I read at least 6 pages a day. My second goal is to at least 3x a week for at least 20 mins. Listen to one of my apps or podcasts (including Spanish con Salsa, to improve my vocabulary and grammar comprehension.
