    1. Create glossary of business terms to review/use each week.

    2. Listen to at least one Spanish podcast episode a week to become more familiar with the tone/pronunciation used by native speakers. Can listen between break at work.

    3. Hold 5 minute minimum conversation at work (3x/wk-when possible) in Spanish with coworkers who I have practiced with in the past.

    4. Have “small talk” 10 minute convo with a friend (largely in Spanish) once a month.

    By July 10th I would like to have stronger conversation in both social/small talk (music, TV, personal) with friends and business terms that may be used in a work setting. I hope to speak in a way that is natural, confident and in line with the verbiage used by native speakers.
