That’s great Bryan. You’ll need to focus on learning how to use direct object pronouns and indirect object pronouns. (Lo, le, la are examples of both direct and indirect pronouns, and are used with verbs like decir, dar, etc.)
As far as resources, we have several lessons in the Learn Spanish with Music Course that cover these topics.

I’d suggest setting a target like “I will have a 30-minute conversation about the environment by x date” to make it more specific
