These are great Jan?
It can be an uphill battle trying to get people to speak to you in Spanish if they default to English.
The best way to do this is to just persist speaking to them in Spanish, even if they continue speaking to you in English. Eventually they may switch to speaking to you in Spanish becuase it’s easier for them.
Are there other people you can talk to or places you can frequent where people speak more Spanish?

This is a great list! I’d just include an implementation intention for each activity. You also might want to include conversations with a Spanish tutor or teacher so you can be corrected on your pronunciation and word usage outside of a social setting. This would be good to do at minimum once per week.

Hola Susan,
This is a good goal. To make it more specific, you might include how many episodes. Also, did you mean June 30 or July 31?
Lastly, if you didn’t already know using the Lupa App will make this goal easier to track and achieve: https://www.lupa.app/salsa

This is a good start Yatevia. I’d just state this in the first person and include the topics and/or timeframe of the conversation. For example, “I will have a 20-minute conversation in Spanish with a coworker about our daily activities by July 10”
